From the beginning of his time at Hillsdale, Hayden was attracted to the Investment Club for the professional, measured, and team-oriented approach the Club employs to manage its impressive portfolio. Applying to join the Investment Club, Hayden and four teammates successfully created a stock pitch for the company Churchill Downs. This project developed Hayden's understanding of both quantitative and qualitative stock analysis, giving him valuable insight into the work of the Club. Hayden is excited about his position as a Junior Analyst in his sector team.

Hayden is considering careers in law or finance, and is grateful for the opportunity to study finance and mathematics and knows that his experience with the Investment Club will benefit both his professional and private life. Hayden is open to exploring potential career options, and though undecided on a career path, plans to continue expanding his financial literacy in order to responsibly and excellently serve whatever role needed in future positions.
